The zesting side is too coarse to work properly... You have to use a lot of care and very little pressure to avoid ending up with a lot of pith in your zest. Otherwise it works fine.

Not as good as the old modelKateWe bought this to replace an old ones grater where the metal handle had come away at one end. This one doesn’t work as well - the grater holes are a bit too small, a bit too blunt etc. we just end up using the old broken one.
