Frustrating Mechanism – Not User-FriendlyAzminaI was drawn to the IDEALISK flour sifter for its sleek stainless steel design and compact size. However, the pressing mechanism leaves much to be desired. The internal lever doesn't operate smoothly; I often have to manually push it to the corner to get it to sift properly. This defeats the purpose of a one-handed tool and makes the process cumbersome. While it does sift flour eventually, the extra effort required is disappointing. I expected better functionality from an IKEA product.
