Too shallow for plates, design issue.KevinWe were looking to replace our old IKEA dish rack due to rust, but they no longer make it. This model is just too shallow for dinner plates to balance securely. And the two vertical bars in the middle across the bottom stops plates from sitting in securely. It looks good on paper, but there's some fundamental design flaws that stops it from being useful. Okay if you just need something for small items such as cups and biscuit dishes.2
Good ValueEileenReally like the convenience of the pull out drip tray and the material of this product. Easy to clean but slightly too small4
Poor qualityGagandeepAfter 3 months rust started developing. Disappointing1
Rust developed over timeJennyIt eventually developed rust. I didn’t clean it very often, so that may have played a part. I don’t remember exactly how long it took. Overall, it wasn’t as durable as I expected.1
Great findGrahamGreat space saving idea, makes washing up much more efficient5
So far so goodSarahI like this, things dry real quickly5
Does the trickEmilyAs others have said the design could be better so that the plates don't fall over but overall I'm happy with it. Keeps the dishes off my limited bench space.4
Great spacesaverFloriannadoes the job beautifully5
Dish drainerAnonymous reviewerFits really well on the caravan sink. I removed the hanger thing, not sure why the added it.5
Handy size for small spaces but…RobertPlates and dishes fall over. A number of reviews have mentioned this. I tried with a range of shapes and sizes all with 5e same result. It’s a shame because otherwise this would have been perfect for me. PS. I chose the black version so there has been no issue with rusting.3
Classic dish drainer. No areaSarahClassic dish drainer. No area for cutlery but not fussed, have an add on. Have removed hanging feature as did not work as I wanted it to, instead am using that as a hanging rack for towel. Satisfied with purchase.4
Drips wellKatherineA great dish drainer that fits well over the bench.5

Exactly what I needed forAnonymous reviewerExactly what I needed for a small kitchen5
Could have been good.JamieIt would have looked great but the plastic tray that sits on the bottom is warped and doesn't sit flat so the whole thing looks cheap and wonky. The rack is also too shallow so my plates fall over. Disappointed.1
Love it!NancyeSolid & great for hanging off a surface...game changer5

What is steel?

Steel has unique characteristics when it is stretched and shaped since it remains strong. It provides strength to everything from skyscrapers and cars to bed frames and outdoor furniture. The steel industry is moving in the direction of more energy-efficient production and stronger steel qualities. It doesn’t lose any of its properties when recycled and today steel is one of the most recycled materials in the world.
