Unable to operateHelleI had to return this item as I was unable to open the umbrella. I thought there was something wrong with it but when I returned it to the store (great service) it took brute force to push it open. I had to proceed with the return as there is no way I could use such force to operate it. A poor design really due to the difficulty in using it.1
