Simple, Excellent, GreatRandolphHighly recommend this product, simple, easy to set up and excellent in garage, shed or kitchen storage...or to store LEGO and toys5
Excellent valueAnonymous reviewerEasy to put together. A few blemishes needed a quick sand down but generally the quality was excellent. The ability to space the shelves to suit my purpose was an advantage.5
Great priced shelvingFrancesI have just purchased my second lot of Hejne shelving for my garage. It is a very economical way to add storage and I had no difficulty assembling it myself. The shelves are nice and wide and very strong and very easy to add as many shelves as you like. I would strongly recommend this shelving system. It looks good too.5
So easy to build and looks great.WayneI needed new shelving in my garage. Hejne was perfect. 2 shelf system, Light but strong and stable. I oil finished the timber for even better looks, and it's practicle in that I can add shelves for further versitility for smaller things.5
Transform unused bathtub into instant storage!AnonymousI was complaining to a friend that with a only a tiny vanity I was lacking in sufficient bathroom storage. She suggested I copy her idea and buy 3 Hejne shelving panels and lay them over the top of my rarely used bathtub. I measured up and 3 fit the space almost perfectly. I now have so much storage above and below that I no longer even need to use the drawers in my vanity. On top I keep a basket of rolled bath towels and baskets of frequently used toiletries (eg. tissues, my make up and my sons shaving gear). Then below I’ve got 3 storage tubs full of rarely used items and bathroom products that I buy in bulk when on special. Because the bath is covered in 3 panels instead of 1 big one it makes the items underneath very accessible and the gaps between each slat means there’s lots of airflow. I gave the shelving a light wipe down with some wood oil but it didn’t make too much difference to the look. I’ll probably get around to staining them properly one day. My friends sister painted her set white. In fact her whole family has used this hack it’s so genius. Maybe one day Ikea will catch on and actually make mould and mildew resistant covers with rubber seals specifically for bath tubs just as they do for kitchen sinks. White or bamboo would look lovely and cedar would smell fragrant like a sauna. But for now this Ikea hack is doing the job beautifully and has received lots of compliments.4
Good productFredGood value for money compared to other products available.4

Exceptional value for moneyChrisThe same design sold by IKEA years ago in various incarnations was more solid. It had much thicker vertical posts and larger screws. However, they had to save somewhere, as price remained unchanged in the 30 years they made these shelves. This, along with the Billy shelves, is some of the best value and longest lasting products there are.5
Anonymous reviewerI bought this shelving a month ago and it is strong and works well, easy to assemble and a great price.5
