The soft-closing mechanism is integrated into the rails and catches the doors as they run on the rails so that they open and close slowly, quietly and softly.
Sliding doors allow more room for furniture because they don’t take any space to open.
HASVIK door is as pleasing to the eye as to the touch since it has a structured foil finish which gives both a wooden look and feel.
Fits with PAX wardrobe system.
Min. ceiling height required: 205 cm.

Very Disappointing — Missing Essential ComponentsJustonWhen collecting my order I asked the staff and they said this was all the packages. Later upon opening key components were completely missing from my order. There were no door frames, fittings, or mounting hardware included—even though the included instruction manual clearly lists them as part of the set.
Between missing these essential structural parts and having to deal with incomplete packaging, this purchase falls well short of expectations. I would strongly recommend double-checking that every box is accounted for before leaving the store.
Easy ASVanessaLove the quality & design. Easy to build & looks fantastic in our garage to hide all our stuff.
Easy and looks greatTanyaVery happy as looks minimal and clean lines for our small spare room
Easy to assembleWaylaEasy to assemble.
The product and assembly process were great overall. It only took me longer to finish because of a series of mishaps. First, IKEA delivered the wrong door size. After they collected it and sent the correct one, that door unfortunately arrived damaged. IKEA picked it up again and replaced it without any issues. Customer service was easy to deal with, but the incorrect delivery and damaged item did cause some delays and inconvenience.
Love the overall lookHelgaSliding doors very smooth, but one door when unpacked and placed we found two long scratches.

Great cupboardKerryNeeded a cupboard for storage in the entrance area in our home, this fits perfectly and stores our jackets, suitcases, vacuum cleaner, games etc. I had someone from the Ikea group install it for me and it was so happy with it all.
Kids wardrobeCherieWe liked how one could design their own inside compartments

Nice white glossy doorsAnonymous reviewerThese doors were fitted in place of other doors.
Spacious and functional Te HanaIt took a whole day to put together, so possibly consider using the assembly service but it is a very spacious cupboard and fits a huge amount of clothing. Definitely a great option for older house that have little to no storage.
Difficult to put together VanessaVery difficult to put together, instructions not clear
Well Designed Sliding DoorsAndrewThese sliding doors for our wardrobe were easy to install, and work well. They have automatic closers that bring them to a precise stop at each end of their travel.
