Product details

HÅLLBAR bins are designed to meet different waste sorting needs. This bin is perfect for sorting things like cardboard, plastic, paper, bottles, glass, tin cans, envelopes and advertising mail.

HÅLLBAR bins are stackable to save space. Place same-size bins on top of each other or place smaller bins on top of the larger ones.

It is easy to access the bin even when stacked thanks to the included lid. It is hinged and can be opened in two ways.

A lid is included to hide your waste. It’s removeable for easy cleaning or if you prefer to keep your bin open.

The bins can be placed freestanding anywhere in your home or integrated in a cabinet or drawer.

The included sticker can be attached to the bin to mark what you are sorting. Draw or write on the sticker to make it clear what goes in the bin.

By mounting HÅLLBAR pull out frame for waste sorting bins in a cabinet or HÅLLBAR support frame for waste sorting bins in MAXIMERA high drawer, the bins stay in place, and you get good access and overview.

The bin is designed with rounded corners to make it easier to clean.

The folding handle makes it easy to carry the bin with you to the waste station.

A ring on the top edge of the bin hides the waste bag and keeps it in place. It’s removable either for easy cleaning or if not being used.

At least 50% of the plastic in the bin and lid is recycled.

    Reinforced polyamide plastic (min. 20% recycled)

    Care

    Wipe dry with a clean cloth.

    Wipe clean with a soft cloth dampened in water and a mild non-abrasive washing-up detergent or soap, if necessary.

Lid Handle Design FlawMaxThe lid handle is carved into the lid, making it awkward to open and close. Since only a finger fits, you can’t follow the natural angle of movement without touching the dirty inner part of the lid. The handle should be designed outward, allowing for a better grip, pinch, or lift. This is especially critical in a kitchen, where the lid often rests on the floor or inside a drawer—opening it should be effortless and intuitive, even without looking. The larger bin handle locks into a single position (front). If moved to the back, it obstructs the lid from opening fully. Not intuitive. I liked the bag rim, but my partner threw it away because she found it annoying.2
