Product details

HÅLLBAR bins are designed to meet different waste sorting needs. This bin is perfect for sorting used batteries and light bulbs, or to store smaller items like sponges, cloths, tea lights and crayons.

HÅLLBAR bins are stackable to save space. Place same-size bins on top of each other or place smaller bins on top of the larger ones.

The bins can be placed freestanding anywhere in your home or integrated in a cabinet or drawer.

By mounting HÅLLBAR support frame for waste sorting bins in MAXIMERA high drawer 80x45 cm or 80x60 cm, the bins stay in place, and you get good access and overview.

In the kitchen, mount your waste sorting as close to the sink as possible since this is where most waste is produced and to avoid spills.

A lid is included to hide your waste. It’s removeable for easy cleaning or if you prefer to keep your bin open.

The bin is designed with rounded corners to make it easier to clean.

The included sticker can be attached to the bin to mark what you are sorting. Draw or write on the sticker to make it clear what goes in the bin.

The bin comprises of more than 50% recycled plastic.

Perfect for tidying cupboardsLaraThe uses for these is endless. IKEA could run a competition to see what kind of unique uses customers are putting these to. My latest haul is for storage of lower-danger medicines, like paracetamol (I know, I know), ibropufen, nasal sprays, cold & flu remedies, etc. And another for the never-ending collection of fingernail modification tools - nail clippers, foam files, metal files, paper files, glass files, nail hardening paints, cuticle oils - all the stuff that ends up taking up an enormous amount of space in a bathroom drawer... I have another in the pantry - those little flavour sachets, flavour mixes and recipe bases, etc. Their size also makes them great scraps buckets when you're cooking, or even a waterproof storage box for dishwashing tablets. The list is endless. Their slightly textured finish also means they accept acrylic paints quite readily. So if you're not into dull grey boxes everywhere, a handful of acrylic paints pens and some inspo, and off you go.5
