Lovely platesYarniI’ve bought the large bowls, mugs and plates from this range and they’re all lovely. Great size plate for the dishwasher, have been durable so far and a great neutral colour. Very good value too. Happy with my purchase!5
Chip very easilyLeviThese plates are gorgeous, but they chip extremely easily. I bought a whole set of each of these last year before Christmas (2024). Within 4 months, at least half of them had chips in them. When I was in store in July, I asked a sales rep about this, to which she said she had the same plates with no issue, claiming that it could be rough handling (which is unlikely). Having spoken to other people who have the same plates, they also have the same issue of chipping. It's quite sad because I do really like these plates, but sadly they don't like to live. 2
platesNicolehave always used Ikea plates. after 10years wanted a change, grabbed these lovely blue plates. only complaint, is set doesn't have a deep bowl. only long shallow one or small bowl.5

I am going back for more! they are the perfect size and hold all your food from pouring over the side. The kids love to use them because they are easy to clean and make it a little easier to carry when the food is hot

"GLADELIG tableware is made with reactive glaze, which gives the surface a livelier, handcrafted expression. We also put a lot of work into finding the right proportions and curves to make the shapes feel harmonious. The idea is that the plates will suit many different dishes and occasions – from TV dinners to weekend meals. One favourite is the medium-sized plate with slightly higher edges which we think combines tradition and contemporary design in a nice way."
