Disappointed AngelicaI was really wanting to love this mug as the design is super nice and earthy in the grey, but my gosh the mug was super hot with my regular morning coffee. I was surprised how hot it was and the handle was quite uncomfortable holding with 2 fingers. I thought it was going to be a comfortable hold as I held it (without any liquid inside). With hot coffee it was hot, heavy, slippery and awkward to hold sadly. 3

The best mug!!AnneFunny story, I found this cup at the beach whilst doing a clean-up and after washing it, I pretty much used it every single day!!! The best size, easy to hold, beautiful to look at, nice when drinking from it, looks small but holds a lot. I originally bought 1 cup, then on my next visit quite a few months later, I ended up buying a further 3 of the same mugs, and have passed on my odd mugs on.5

I love the look of these mugs, but I also really enjoy the size and weight of them. They are sturdy and they hold a decent sized cup of coffee or tea.

"GLADELIG tableware is made with reactive glaze, which gives the surface a livelier, handcrafted expression. We also put a lot of work into finding the right proportions and curves to make the shapes feel harmonious. The idea is that the plates will suit many different dishes and occasions – from TV dinners to weekend meals. One favourite is the medium-sized plate with slightly higher edges which we think combines tradition and contemporary design in a nice way."
