Dirty and UnhygienicTinaI bought this duvet and was very disappointed to find it had a yellow stain and a strong unpleasant smell, as if it had already been used. It was extremely unhygienic.
What made the experience even worse was that the staff didn’t seem surprised at all and treated it as if it was completely normal. That’s simply not acceptable for a brand-new product.1
Very strong smell LaxmiIt has very strong animal smell that whole room stings. It has mentioned that the smell will disappear slowly if you open and air dry it. However, the smell was not tolerable at all that I needed to request for refund. The staff was hesitant to give refund at first as mentioned they have new policy…..hygienic issues…… but after explaining and inspecting they handed me refund voucher which was great. 1

Their smell is rather overpowering AnyaI haven’t managed to use them yet as despite airing them for over two weeks outside in the sun, they still smell of duck, and not in a good way.
I like the feature of being able to separate them when needed, and hope I get to try them out down the track. Currently they are still airing in the spare room, which is closed off.3

Measurements don’t fit and buttons unclicksIdaWe bought this doona and sheets from ikea. All in the same measurements, yet somehow the sheets are too big for the doona, even when both doonas are in use. Not to mention, men using both doonas the buttons keep unclicking, leaving the whole thing in one big lump in the sheets. Do not recommend.1

Light and warm but strong odour.KevinThese quilts arrived tightly packed in plastic, a strong odour was evident on opening .
The instructions included advised airing the quilts prior to use and this was done in strong sunlight , outdoors on a breezy day.
As the quilts were purchased for use in a caravan they were then folded and placed on the beds in the caravan.
The next day the odour was very strong within the caravan and further outdoor airing was undertaken, which seemed to remove most of the chemical/wet dog smell in one of the quilts, but the second one is still a work in progress a week later....hopefully it will fade with time.
Do not assume you can use these quilts straight out the packaging, the smell would make this an extremely unpleasant experience.3
