Perfect to keep next to you on the kitchen worktop with the lid fixed over the edge when you’re cooking or cleaning up. And when you're done, just put the lid on to avoid unpleasant odours.
You do not need a bag on the inside since the bin is easy to wipe clean or wash by hand.
The folding handle makes it easy to carry and empty the bin.
At least 50% of the plastic in the bin and lid is recycled.

They don't leak !PaulThe council supplied green waste containers have open slates and rely on plastic bags that decompose. 9 times out of 10 the bags have a hole and fluid leaks out. Very frustrating.
These are solid and don't leak, and don't need plastic bags, which still don't decompose 100%.

Great size binJenniferThis bin is well balanced, has a good sturdy handle and made of attractive, heavy duty plastic that doesn't tip over when empty. It's a tad annoying that the lid has to be placed 'just so' in order to seal correctly but a minor issue considering it's both stylish and practical. I've stopped using liners with this bin; it doesn't get smelly and is super easy to clean.

Perfect bin!LindaLove this scrap bin. Fits perfectly on the end of the bench. Handy that the lid rests on the rim of the bin so no looking for it. Small recyclable (Chinese take away) plastic bags fit perfectly if you like a bin liner. Amazing value and great buy!

I dont know why but green waste in there, even for a few days, it slows down the composting process almost which makes it less smelly or slimy or gross when you go to empty it. I’ve gotten a second for other use because it’s also just cute colour, great size and the lid hanging off the side makes it easy to work with
