Leaks from day oneMuhammad HazimUsed this for the first time the other day and it kept leaking, ruining my clothes on the way to work. I still couldn’t figure out where it was leaking from. Never using it again. ☹️
Keeps drinks both warm and cold, but the stopper comes off.CherylBought this in store about a year ago. This is a great mug for the first few times you use it. Then, especially when use it with hot drinks, the stopper gets stuck in the lid and comes off of the yellow cover. Once it starts, it will be forever happening. Try as you might to put it back on, and it comes off again with the next sip. I ended up supergluing mine on and it now seems to work fine. That shouldn't be necessary though.
