The first one wouldn't go together.
I thought it was my fault.
I spent hours grappling with the dilemma, trying to work out why and what I'd done wrong.
I opened the second one and it slotted together in seconds.
I opened the third one and same story. I couldn't get it to fit and slot together.

I hate this about Ikea. You make GREAT stuff, but it's the luck of the draw if it's built well or accurately enough.
You need to allow people to build AT Ikea and then walk to the counter in minutes, to replace parts.
Now I have to find the time to drive to you, get replacements, then drive home, just to have the same situation repeat itself.
I think when this happens, Ikea needs to build it themselves for free.
