Versatile and easy to assembleTessI had one of these already and recently bought a second for my office/craft room, they are light but sturdy, easy to clean shelves, easy to put together, and deep enough for larger objects. A bit awkward for books as they don't have anything to rest them against at the side, but on the other hand it's good being able to reach in from the ends. I might just add a piece of wood on some of the shelves on mine where I have books!
I would also suggest you oil or varnish the wooden pieces if it's somewhere they might get damp or dirty e.g. kitchen, as the unfinished wood won't be easy to clean. For my office I just used some basic wood oil.

Good shelf, can be hard to build due to holesNathanialThis shelf has been good for what we needed. Solid for the price we got it at. Only thing was we had to mallet some of the dowels in as the holes were not drilled properly. Was scared we'd break it but didnt so all good.
