Ceramic coating failed on first use on a 2000W induction portable cooker.. KevinI made stir fry, and followed Ikea cooking and washing instructions, but the Blagylta wok showed damage at the bottom that could not be rubbed or boiled out. It might work at low temperatures and it might be due to inconsistent manufacture. Ceramic coated pans seem to still be in the development phase so it is hard to avoid microplastics.
