The quality is not what it wasRoseanneI am a bit disappointed in these. I own some older Billy bookcases still in my main living area after thirty plus years, and they were much better quality. The paint job on the carcas on one had lifted in one place, thankfully hidden,
but as your prime piece that everyone knows I think it’s worth asking a bit more and maintaining the quality. They were for my sewing room so I can live with it but seriously I can buy crap from many other places. Now rethinking my Billy plan for a new sitting area. Be IKEA not some fly by night anyone.
