The paper sticker ruinned the experinceEduardoThe new paper stickers that are being used break apart when you try removing them, leaving glue and a thin layer of paper behind, which makes it nearly impossible to remove them fully. 3/4 of the items had this (this includes the thin back panel that had it glued facing the cabinet's interior! WHY?) Even the ones glued in the glass were just as hard to remove. The only ones ok were the ones clued to the bottom piece.
I did use/assemble Ikea's Besta sets previously, including a whole study and a whole living room for my inlaws, and the stickers were not an issue for those sets. I was planning on doing the other wall of my study, but the frustration of spending 3/4 of the time cleaning the glue is moving us away from this.
Don't get me wrong, the cabinet looks great (apart from the small discolouration where the sticker was), but this small detail made a fun project become a never-ending sticker peeling/cleaning job.
