The push-open function requires a space between the frame and the drawer front to allow the drawer to be pushed to open. The small gap is necessary to allow this function and is not a product deviation.

DisappointedKenWe purchased many items from Ikea over the years, so we had some experience with Ikea products.
It is very difficult, after assembling the carcass, to stop it wobbling. The device that is used to lock onto the stud which holds two pieces of the structure together should still be aluminium not plastic. I purchased 4 right angle flat brackets and fixed them onto the back myself to try and stop the wobble.
The method of securing the shelves to stop the sides of the cabinet bowing out, is pathetic. Your method adds zero stability.
The floor adjusting devices are almost impossible to get to and hard to adjust.
The glass doors we chose comes with a metal door handle. The countersunk screw used to mount them hit the cabinet, leaving a small pock mark on the edge of the cabinet.
We also have 3 wine racks. Trying to install these is a contortionist special. The two pins supplied to fix/locate the top part of the rack to the cabinet are not stable enough.
Not so simple as believed.
