Now having to buy something to stop the mattress from sliding has made this item an expensive mattress opposed to a topper.

It caused severe back pain for both myself and my mother, and we have had to seek medical attention as a result. I was convinced to purchase it by a staff member who assured me of its comfort and quality, but the reality was completely different. The mattress sags easily and provides no proper support. It is impossible to continue using it. I am requesting an urgent replacement, as the health issues it has caused cannot be ignored.
