I am so upset and still waiting on the phone for customer service right now to get an exchange or at least a refund: also don’t have a car at the minute to go return it and it does not offer online return if I want to get it collected or anything. I’ll keep waiting on the phone then: never thought a purchase from IKEA would be so disappointing as I always buy from you before other retailers.1

A disaster.NikiSure, if you don’t need a spine, buy this mattress; I sleep on 2 stacked on top of eachother and swap them around weekly; for some extra context, I have no history of back problems, I am in my late 20s, healthy weight range and very athletic, so I am not the problem. Today I used a foam roller on my back because of how much pain I was in, and the entire time my spine was making crunching noises.
But please, go buy this mattress if maybe you are making a case study on back pain.

Single mattressTanyaDoes what it supposed to do, give it time to expand out 72 hours +. I like it came rolled up in a box. Can transport box in a car if you need to. Once completely rolled out and expanded can fit in an SUV with seats folded down.5

Mattress TopperNatalieI purchased this mattress thinking it was a mattress topper as this was how the store was displaying it. It was great to place on top of another mattress I purchased that should have been Medium but Ikea changed to mattress to Firm in recent years. Now I have a problem with the mattress constantly sliding off the other mattress. The mattress is great as a topper but too soft for a stand alone mattress. Now having to buy something to stop the mattress from sliding has made this item an expensive mattress opposed to a topper.3
