Make yourself at home in nature

Home isn't always a house – sometimes it's just good food, great company and a peaceful moment outdoors. Sharing a meal (however small) with someone makes you feel connected and getting some fresh air in nature is good for both mind and body. Sipping a delicious coffee outdoors together is an opportunity to slow down, recharge and practice mindful eating.

 

  • Stock your kit with some light food and drink, like coffee and a pastry.
