How do I confirm or reschedule a planning appointment?
If you can't make your appointment, that's okay! Please contact us and we can look at rebooking or cancelling your appointment. Please check your SMS or email confirmation for your booking details.
To check your appointment details, view your email confirmation or SMS confirmation that you should have received after making your booking. If you've reeived an SMS confirmation, it will also contain a link to cancel your appointment.
