How do I confirm or reschedule a planning appointment?
If you can't make your appointment, that's okay! Please contact us and we can look at rebooking or cancelling your appointment. Please check your SMS or email confirmation for your booking details.
To check your appointment details, please view your email confirmation or SMS confirmation. If you've received an SMS confirmation, it will also contain a link to cancel your appointment.
To manage your appointment, like rescheduling or cancelling, please use the Track and Manage Tool. Simply enter your booking number and your e-mail or phone number.
If that does not work, please Contact Us on Live Chat or phone to help manage your booking.
