Is my product eligible for a replacement or refund?

If you have a faulty item, we can assess the eligibility for replacement depending on the warranty period and the type of damage. Simply contact us if you think your product is affected.

 

You may be eligible to have your item assessed for a partial or full refund or replacement product depending on the product conditions. If you product is in warranty and you did not cause the damage, your product is eligible for assessment.

If you item doesn't have a specified warranty period but it is within 1 year since you purchased it, you product is eligible for assessment. If you are unsure, you can get in touch with our support team.
