As an IKEA Family member, you can log into your IKEA account and find all your receipts through your purchase history. Click on a specific purchase to find your receipt. You can also choose to print it if you want to!
If a receipt is not showing up, it may be because your IKEA Family membership was not used at the time of purchase. If you need to locate a receipt that is not shown, you can come into store or contact us with your bank statement or transaction details so we can try and retrieve the receipt for you. Please be sure to have the following information with you:

- Last 4 digits of the card used
*Please note we are not able to search our archives for receipts for purchases made by cash.*
