Does IKEA offer curb-side pick up?
Unfortunately we do not offer curb-side collection at this time. We do have a number of other ways you can recycle your old IKEA furniture.
Returns
If you are looking to return products under our 365 day Returns policy, but they are too large to get to store or you are unable to take them to your nearest IKEA store, we can arrange to collect them. A pick up fee will apply which is equal to the delivery fee to your area. Simply contact us with your proof or purchase details ready to get started.
Recycling
For recycling, we do not offer curb-side collection option. For this, you can reach out to your local council to arrange this service.
If you have IKEA furniture that you are looking to give away, you can use you Furniture Buy Back service to give your furniture a second life. With our Buy-back serivce, you can receive an IKEA refund card to spend on new IKEA furniture! Keep in mind your products must be in good, reusable condition and be an eligible product as listed in our tool here.
