How do I use my IKEA Gift or Refund card?
To use a Gift or Refund card as a payment option for your online order, select the 'Redeem a Gift card or Refund card' option in the checkout.
1) Enter the products you wish to purchase in the shopping cart on IKEA.com.au.
2) Select your desired delivery method and enter your personal details.
3) During payment, choose 'Add an IKEA gift/refund card', enter your redemption code. If your gift/refund card has a PIN, you will be asked to enter this as well to complete the payment.
The balance on your card will update automatically about 4 hours after payment. You can also use your Gift or Refund card when making a purchase in-store. Read more about IKEA Gift cards.
