Why can't I save my kitchen design?
Make sure you are logged into your IKEA Family account, or create an account, to be able to save your kitchen design.
In the top right corner of the Kitchen planner tool, you will find the option to save your kitchen design. If you are logged into your IKEA Family account, you will get a pop up to add a name for your kitchen design when clicking on the save button. If you are not logged in, you will be taken to a page to either login or to become a member. Please note that only IKEA Family members can save their kitchen plans.
If you are still experiencing issues with saving your design, please type 'talk to an agent' to be directed to live chat, or explore further ways to contact IKEA.

Your kitchen design might be locked if an IKEA co-worker is currently working on it, or if it has been used to create an item list. No worries though! You can create a copy of your kitchen drawing and continue designing with the new copy.
