What is your cancellation policy for Click and Collect?

You cancel your Click and Collect order at any time before it has been collected to receive a refund.

Please be aware that we are unable to add or remove items to the Click and Collect order after it has been placed. 

 

You can track the status of your Click and Collect order using the Track and Manage order tool online. 

 

If you change your mind regarding your order:

  • To add items, you can purchase them in store before going to pick up your order. 
  • To remove items, you can pick up your order and go to our Exchanges and Returns counter to process a return, located near the same area.
