Where can I get spare parts for IKEA appliances?
Spare parts for our appliances are not available for individual order. If you are experiencing issues with your appliance, please contact us.
If you are experiencing an issue with your IKEA appliance that is still under guarantee, please contact us with your proof of purchase or bank statement. All of our appliances are covered under a 5 year guarantee effective from the date of purchase unless you have a TILLREDA or LAGAN appliance which have a 2 year guarantee (some items in the range may not have an extended guarantee).
If your appliance is out of guarantee or you have caused damage to the appliance, you can reach out to the supplier directly to potentially obtain spare parts. If you would like to know who the supplier of your appliance is, contact us with the appliance name and article number.
