Where is my delivery?
Our deliveries can arrive by two different services, either by Truck or Parcel depending on where your order is coming from. Delivery times can differ based on the service.
Check whether your order is arriving by Truck Delivery, Parcel Delivery or both. Your order confirmation will indicate what items are arriving by which delivery method and show you the individual delivery dates.
Truck deliveries
If you have a Truck delivery scheduled, it will arrive on the day and within the time window stated on the order. If you have not received your delivery on time, please contact us for assistance.
Parcel deliveries
If you have a parcel delivery, the date on your order is an estimated date of arrival. Please allow 3 - 10 business days from the Parcel delivery date stated on your order for it to arrive.
If your delivery has yet to be dispatched, you can check the progress of your order using our Track and Manage tool. Once dispatched, you can track your parcel delivery here using your 9-digit order number for TGE or here using your AusPost tracking number. Parcel deliveries can also arrive in separate packages across a few days if you have a large order, so please check the tracking before determining that you are missing items.
If you do not receive all of your items by 10 business days, please contact us.
