How do I attend my Virtual appointment or consultation?
Once you have book a Virtual planning or consultation appointment with us, you will receive an email confirmation which will contain your video meeting link.
Once you have book a Virtual planning or consultation appointment with us, you will receive an email confirmation. This email confirmation with have a link to join the Virtual meeting on the appointment day and time. Any reminder emails will also contain this meeting link.
The meeting takes place through an application called Visual Customer Support and there is no need to download any software beforehand in order to join.
Simply think of what you have in mind for your design or plan and we look forward to meeting with you!
