When will Highpoint Plan and Order Point stop taking appointments, and what happens to customers who need additional support after the closure?
Highpoint Plan and Order Point will stop taking appointments on 26 August 2025. Customers with outstanding support will be allocated to co-workers at IKEA Richmond or through virtual planning appointments.
