I can't pick up my Click and Collect order yet, can it be held?

For all store Click and Collect orders, you have 3 days from the date that the order is ready to collect to pick up your order.

Once you have received your SMS/email notification that your order is ready to collect in store, then we will hold it for an additional 3 days. You can also track your order using the Track my order tool, to see its progress. If you are a day or two late, you can contact us to notify the store of the *delay, otherwise the order may automatically be cancelled for a refund. In this case, you can then place your order again online.

For Collection Points, orders are held for approximately 7 days before they are returned to store.

For Click and Collect Near You orders, you will need to select a date and time window you can collect the order within. These orders can not be held.

 

*This does not guarantee that the store can hold your order longer, it is merely to notify the store that the customer has reached out.
