How do I purchase & deliver a Kitchen with IKEA?
Simply book a kitchen purchase appointment and speak to one of our experienced kitchen specialists in-store or virtually from the comfort of your own home to get started.
Once you have your plan designed in a planning appointment, or you've had your self-drawn plan validated by our Kitchens team, visit our website and book in a Kitchen purchase appointment either in-store or virtually.
In the appointment, you'll have your plan reviewed, finalized, and placed, setting a delivery date of your choosing. Our Kitchens team will also provide expert assistance if there are any stock issues.
For kitchen installation, you can either services with your preferred provider, or we refer our customers to HiPages which connects you with qualified tradespeople in your area.
You will need to be home (or have an assigned alternate collector) to receive your delivery order. Once you've received your delivery you can get to installing!
If you need any support and need to return to your plan, book in a virtual appointment for assistance.
