What can I do with my reward keys from IKEA Family?
You can use your reward keys to choose a reward. The rewards unlocked depend on how many reward keys you have but are the same for all customers. We have different rewards available so you can choose the one that best suits your needs.
The rewards that we provide are the same for all customers in Australia and are offered in multiple categories, according to the feedback we've had from our IKEA Family members, and services available.
1. Services:
$5 off delivery (50 reward keys)
$15 off delivery (150 reward keys)
$30 off delivery (300 reward keys)
*delivery rewards exclude express delivery.
$40 off assembly service (400 reward keys)
2. Food:
Free slice of Daim cake and hot drink (excludes barista drinks) - (73 reward keys)
Free 8 piece eatball meal - Includes meat balls, veggie balls, plant balls and chicken balls. (105 reward keys)
3. Product:
$5 off home furnishings (min spend $5 on purchases; 65 reward keys)
$10 off home furnishings (min spend $10 on purchases; 125 reward keys)
$20 off home furnishings (min spend $20 on purchases; 250 reward keys)
Valid for home furnishings. Not valid for use on services, Swedish restaurant, bistro, Swedish Food Market and gift cards.
