Where do I pick up my Click and Collect order?
Our order handout area is located after the checkouts near the Returns and Exchanges area and exit.
Go to the Returns and Exchange area and your order can be collected from the Merchandise Pick Up counter. you may be prompted to get a ticket to wait in queue. Otherwise, you can visit the counter with your order confirmation and ID.
You can enter through the exit to reach this area. If you need further assitance, ask our Store Greeter for the fastest shortcut to this area from the entrance.
If you are visiting IKEA Rhodes, IKEA Richmond or IKEA Logan and have purchased large items such as sofas, appliances etc. you may need to visit a separate warehouse to collect your order.
