How do I accumulate reward keys?

When making a purchase, in-store, online or through our remote selling team you can collect reward keys.

When making a purchase, in-store, online or through our remote selling team you can collect reward keys;

1. Collect 1 reward key for every $5 spent:

In the case of purchases with delivery service, you will accumulate reward keys when the order is fully delivered and keys can take up to 48hrs to enter your IKEA Family account.

 

2. When interacting with IKEA tools and services:

  • Log in to your IKEA Family profile (on IKEA.com.au or IKEA app): 1 key (once per week)
  • Create an IKEA Family profile: 5 keys (once per lifetime) for new members
  • Create and save a wish list: 2 keys (once per week)
  • Register and attend a free IKEA Family Event: 20 keys (each time) events include workshops in-store or virtual.
  • Book and attend a planning appointment 25 keys (once per week) -  (virtual or in-store, excludes business consultations and interior design service for business)
