Do you offer a VAT refund?
IKEA Australia does not offer duty-free in store or online.
Unfortunately at IKEA Australia, we do not offer any duty-free shopping or a value added tax (VAT) refund to customers.
As a consumer you can still get this refund through other entities within Australia. IKEA does not offer assistance in this process and we will not be able to make any recommendations.
