My gift card and the balance suddenly went to zero. How do I fix this?

Don't worry! If you were using your gift card at the checkout, simply remove your gift card from the payment section before you go back to edit your Shopping Bag.

When you add your gift card as a payment method during checkout, it will be marked as pending. Consequently, the balance may appear reduced or show as $0 until you finalize the order or remove the gift card from your shopping bag.
If you need to edit your Shopping Bag, please remove the gift card first and re-add it when you are ready to complete your purchase.
