My gift card and the balance suddenly went to zero. How do I fix this?

Don't worry! If you were using your gift card at the checkout, simply remove your gift card from the payment section before you go back to edit your Shopping Bag.

When you add your gift card as a payment in the checkout, your gift card is pending and the balance may appear less or at $0 until you proceed with the order or until you remove the gift card from your bag.

 

If you need to go back and edit your Shopping Bag, remove your gift card and add it again when you are ready to check out.
