How do I reset my password for my IKEA Family account?

Go to login to your account and click the "Forgot your password?" link. If you no longer have access to the email or mobile associated with your account, reach out to us for support.

 
Visit the IKEA Account login page here and click the link "Forgot your password?". Enter your email address or mobile number that you used to create the account. You will then receive an email or SMS to the contact you entered. Follow the link in this email or SMS to reset your password. 
If you no longer has access to the email address or mobile number associated with your account, please contact us to regain access to your account. 
You also have the option of logging in with a one-time code if you prefer not to use your password to login.
