How do I submit a kitchen Guarantee claim?
If you are experiencing issues with your kitchen products, please contact us with the details of your purchase.
If you are experiencing issues with your FAKTUM or METOD kitchen components, please contact us with the following information ready:
- Photos of your kitchen (close up of the issue, of the whole product in view and of your entire kitchen).
- Your address where the kitchen is located.
- All receipts for the your IKEA kitchen, including proof of purchase, returns or any exchanges. If any receipts are missing, please contact us with the bank details for us to search our archives.
Please note you must be the original purchaser of the kitchen in order to submit a claim.
After submitting, our team will provide you with a case number and get back to you within 3-4 business days.
