I'm missing a rail from my MAXIMERA pull-out interior fitting, how do I get this?

The MAXIMERA pull-out interior fitting only comes with 2 rails for the fitting to slide into.

The rails are mounted in different positions on the left and right for maximum stability. One goes on the upper right-hand side and the other on the lower left-hand side. Refer to the assembly instructions to view this.
