How can I check my card balance?
You can now check the balance of your gift card online or on the IKEA App.
- Log into your IKEA Family or IKEA for Business account. If you don't have an account, please sign up to use this function.
- Go to IKEA Gift Cards and Vouchers
- Input your gift card number and press Enter.
- Enter your 4-digit pin code, if applicable, located on the card.
The online feature doesn't support Refund cards without pin codes. You can either check the balance of your Refund Card without pins in-store by contacting us with the 16-digit card number.
On the app, sign into your IKEA Family or IKEA for Business account. Click the profile icon in the center of the menu and select "Gift cards and refund cards."
