How can I check my card balance?
You can now check the balance of your gift card on the website.
You will need to be an IKEA Family or Business Network member to check your gift / refund card balance.
Checking on the IKEA Website
- Log into your IKEA Family or IKEA for Business account. If you don't have an account, please sign up to use this function.
- Go to IKEA Gift Cards and Vouchers.
- Input your gift card redemption code.
- If your card has a 4-digit pin code, you will be asked to enter this as well.
- Click "Check your balance" to see the amount remaining on your card.
My Gift / Refund Card does not have a pin code
The balance check does not support Refund Cards without pin codes. For support, you can either:
- Visit a store, and a co-worker can help you with a balance check.
- Contact us with your 16-digit card number.
