What is your cancellation policy for Custom stone benchtops?
If you wish to cancel your order of a custom stone benchtop, it is recommended you do so before the fabrication stage to receive a full refund of your material as well as the subjected service fee.
If you choose to cancel before the Check and Measurement appointment, the Stone material order from IKEA will be fully refunded.
If you choose to cancel after Check and Measurement, you won't get the Check and Measurement fee back, however you will be able to get the installation fee back from the Stone fabricator directly.
Please try and cancel before the fabrication stage to avoid any fees associated with the stone material.
