Return policy
Simple and easy!
You may return items to any IKEA store within Canada, in person, for an exchange or refund within 45 days of reception. Please be sure to have the original sales receipt and packaging at the time of your visit. You may also return the item to IKEA Direct. To do so, please contact us and we will be happy to give you a return file number. Any claim regarding damaged or defective goods must be made within 7 working days of reception. Please note that we will not assume transportation charges for purchase returns unless specifically agreed upon beforehand.
