Defunct materials with no backups. Lazy and cheap!KenSeveral defunct screws that made the product unsafe and unusable. Wont be buying chairs from here again. How do mess up something as simple as a screw? They also dont send any backups so if one thing is defunct the whole thing is worthless. Very cheap.1
