Item not as pictured - gauze shell - not duvet like.AshleighThe picture led me to believe it was a soft material duvet. It is not. It's the same material as those cheap crappy throw away pillows on planes. If you want flimsy garbage this is for you. If you want a duvet that looks and feels like one and has a solid material - not plastic like material - this is not for you.1
Not a duvetKaitlin This is not a duvet. It is paper filler in a paper gauze shell.1
Poor Quality — Not Worth Replacing Over and OverRaphaelI run an Airbnb, so our duvets get regular everyday use—nothing excessive, just the type of use you’d expect in any home. Unfortunately, I’ve purchased several of these and have had the same issue: the material eventually develops holes, leaving the filling all over the inside of the duvet cover. It becomes a huge mess and a hassle to deal with. At around $15, the price is tempting, but I’ve learned that you really do get what you pay for. I’ve since switched to IKEA’s higher-quality duvets in the roughly $50 range for both my properties and my own home, and the difference is absolutely worth it. They feel much better made, are thicker, and I’m not constantly having to replace them. Even if you’re specifically looking for a lightweight/cooler duvet, I personally wouldn’t recommend this one. Spending a little more upfront will likely save you money and hassle in the long run.1
Works for the purposeDeborahIt works for the purpose of have a cheaper version of a duvet for cooling. It slides of the bed as there is no weight to it. for the price, it works. Thank you4
Cooler DuvetLeslieThis particular duvet cannot be considered a real duvet. Made with poor material, feels like plastic and I suppose the price was indicative of the quality...cheap. My other Ikea Duvets are much better and more expensive. You get what you pay for. I'd use this product if I were staging a house and didn't want to spend a lot of money.1
Not QueenMasonToo small to be queen and very very thin2
You get what you pay for!MargotWas very disappointed. For the price I was not expecting anything special, but the material this duvet is covered in is terrible. This is not worth the very low price.1
Not coolingMilenaTerrible quality and not cooling at all. Very disappointing. Wish could return 1
Awful MaterialRobynI was so surprised when I opened up the packaging. This duvet looks and feels like one of those "reusable" take out bags. It feels like something you'd get somewhere that they need to dispose of it as soon as you're done using it. Just awful! Would not recommend. I looked back at the product photos and you can see the type of material but only if you really zoom in. They need a close up picture so people can see what they're actually buying.1
Do not buy thisJustinIt’s synthetic and very rough 1
Not what I expectedGiseleVery rough not soft and wouldn't use it. Had to buy a cover now ok. Dont buy online if you want soft1
Disposable duvetVincentI would call this a disposable duvet. Not really washable look like a disposable duvet. 1
Don't buyLysianeI really didn't like this piece of synthetic duvet. Super slim, non washable, I was not going to use it on my kid's bed and immediately used it as protection cover for a piece of furniture when moving. I would recommend that for anyone's sleep, ever.1
Too shortCarolineCame home with this today. Wasn't expecting anything fancy after having read the reviews I just wanted some filler for a twin duvet cover I bought. It fills the sides but not in the length. The duvet only goes to the end of my bed and does not fill the rest of the fabric which overhangs at the edge of bed which is roughly 10 inches. I knew they were cheap but to not make them the correct size for a twin duvet cover is really cheap. I noticed the quality of Ikea products have gone downhill. The rattan shades they sell are way overpriced. Do better Ikea you used to be a decent store.2
PerfectKatherineExactly what I needed5
Lightweight comfortLindaNice light coverage for sleeping in milder temps. Not bulky.5
Melted in dryer on first useBokyungUsed for the first time and dried in a regular dryer cycle. It melted. It does mention not to use high heat, but I expected it to handle normal laundry use. Disappointed and feels like a waste of $15. Sharing this so others don’t make the same mistake.1
not worth the moneyHarpreetI have owned this duvet in the past, but this one seems to have gone down in quality. it is supposed to a cool duvet, but the artificial fabric make is hard to breath, and I end up sweating too much in it.1
Sincerely regret this purchase, even at 14.99!TempoThis duvet is so lightweight and such a bizarre material, it is a nightmare within a duvet cover. I have tried sewing tabs and ties into the inside of the duvet cover and on the corners of this duvet, but it still bunches up terribly to the point of being unusable, because it ends up so much smaller and.... lumpy?1
Tore apart after 1 wash.MelanieTore apart after 1 wash and gets bunched up in duvet cover. Would not recommand.1
