What happened?NatalieMany a blue Ikea bag I have used to tote small furniture and other heavy items back home. The last few times I’ve gone, I’ve been disappointed with the flimsiness of the bags; the quality has gone down immensely. The ones I had for over a decade held up and I bought so many for everything…laundry, shopping, etc. I heavily regret letting go so many to use as donation bags. Somehow I never kept any of them and I’m super sad about it.
I assume Ikea is trying to keep costs/pricing down but please, please, please bring back the old manufacturing method/materials. I would rather pay proportionately more for the old high-quality iconic bag. Imo the indestructible blue bag is a huge part of the Ikea brand too.

Should I like a bag that much?LuisaI had a lot of reusable bags before. One may even say that I liked and treasured other bags before. But after I started using this bag, I have to use it everywhere. I carry it my purse, I have many in my car, even for laundry in my own house. It handles everything, it cleans up nicely, you can put the weight in.

Too bigEvaI prefer the size down. This bag is too big and things slip and fall around in it. The only potential it has it for fabrics and textiles (like curtains, blankets, towels etc)
