For increased stability, re-tighten the screws about two weeks after assembly and when necessary.

Important! Glass is a fragile material and should always be handled with care.

Handle with care! A damaged edge or scratched surface can cause the glass to suddenly crack or break. Avoid bumps from the side - this is where the glass is most vulnerable.This table has been developed for home use and meets the requirements for durability and stability set forth in the following standards: EN 12521 and EN 1730.

Manufacture defect on metal frame cause glass unable sit well.JamieOn the metal frame where glass suppose to sit, there are irregular bumps cause glass not sit well. Not sure if is paint defect or metal work defect. Pad stickers are placed at those six locations and glass suppose to rest on them. But glass ends up unable rest evenly on the pads, because some of the six locations are lifted by those ireggular bump defects. Easier explained if review lets me insert a photo somewhere.2
This should be illegal to sell as glass isn't secured to the table topRawanThis definitely was not made in accordance with the safety requirements of any organization anywhere in the world. It should be illegal to sell this item as it's a safety hazard. The glass isn't attached to anything, it just sit on the top and if you bump your knee or your kids play a little push game it's a catastrophe waiting to happen. It looks great but they should note that the glass isn't attached. Beware of this item. I do not recommend it all!1

Useful table but glass isn't secureSallyI got the table on clearance for less than $30. Assembly was really easy but there is nothing securing the glass table top to the frame. The glass just sits on six tabs and pops up easily if you accidentally bump your knee from the underside of the table. Ikea should have provided some double-sided sticky foam pads or something to keep the glass in place.4

Exactly what I needed. I needed this item for my cintiq tablet. It fits perfectly. I can easily move it around without it interrupting my other work table. I love the space it creates! My vision worked well with this piece.

I chose materials that really bring out books, vases and other favorite things. The straight, simple lines of the metal give the furniture a graphic expression and put an attractive frame around all your personal things. And the glass creates a light, airy feeling. I'm very happy with the results - the furniture looks great no matter what style you have in your room. And it comes at a great price, too!"
