Very nice minimalist nightstand!CodyI had always been keeping my eye on the Vikhammer nightstand, but the black finish didn't match any of the other furniture in my room. So when I saw they released this version with a brown wood finish I had to pick it up. Assembly was very quick and straightforward. My only minor issue was it took a minute to figure out the proper orientation to screw on the rails for the drawer, after that it was smooth sailing. The final build feels very solid and there's more than enough room for everything. The walnut veneer looks just as great as I hoped. I wasn't really feeling the brownish purple legs it came with though so I took them off and spray painted them black which greatly improves the overall look. It's a little annoying it costs $20 more than the standard Vikhammer, but even at the higher price I'd say it's well worth it.4
